The Little Mud Puddles Learning Center has a diversified staff trained in Early Childhood Development through education and experience. All of our teachers have either earned a Child Development Teacher Permit, AA degree or BA degree in Child Development and have the appropriate Early Childhood Development units required by State Licensing to teach preschool. Our staff’s professional experience in the classroom ranges from 4 years to 36 years. In addition, all staff attend educational workshops throughout the year and maintain current Pediatric CPR/First Aid certificates.

We believe the teacher is the key to a child’s learning and we emphasize love and care in the teacher-child relationship. The teachers are also trained to gear their curriculum according to the children’s interest and learning abilities.

We have a very low turnover rate. In fact, some of our staff have been with us since The Little Mud Puddles Learning Center was founded in 1986.
